1. I just placed my order during the pre-order launch. When will it arrive?
Our diaper shipment is expected to arrive in the first week of July, and orders will begin dispatching from the second week of July onwards. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready to be shipped.

2. My baby has outgrown the diaper! Can I change the size?
Absolutely! If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll gladly switch the diaper size for you at no extra cost.

If your order has already been delivered, an exchange fee of $8 will apply to cover the two-way courier service (delivery and return).

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process exchanges if the diaper packaging has been opened.

3. I opened one pack and realized it’s the wrong size. Can I exchange the remaining packs?
Yes, you can. If you purchased a carton (4 packs) and opened only 1 pack, you may exchange the remaining 3 unopened packs for another size.

We understand how important the right diaper fit is for your baby, and we’re happy to offer this service.
An $8 exchange fee will still apply to cover the two-way courier costs. Kindly ensure all return items are in original, unopened condition.

4. Can the exchange fee be waived? Can I opt for a meet-up instead?
The exchange fee is required to cover courier delivery costs.

However, we’re happy to waive the fee if you’ve placed a new order with us.
We can also arrange a meet-up in the East of Singapore, but it will be based on our availability. Feel free to email us to coordinate.

5. Are Nabizam diapers free from harmful ingredients?
Yes — absolutely! We care deeply about your baby’s safety. Nabizam diapers are free from harmful substances such as heavy metals and chlorine.
